《九州幻想》的美术总监刘洋制作的一款游戏插件作为国内唯一一件展品，参加了英国火车游戏和模型的文化节。
在广受火车迷欢迎Trainz Railroad Simulator2006游戏中，作为一个资深的火车爱好者，刘洋自己设计了一个游戏插件，并提供给所有游戏用户下载。很快便受到各位游戏迷的追捧，被评价为“用过的最好的插件”。到现在为止，已经至少有十个国家的用户正在使用这款插件。
于是很快，刘洋便收到来自德国友人PaulHobbs的电子邮件，他在邮件中称：I've just downloaded the DF11G and the new DF11models from your web site and wanted to say that these are the finestmodels for any railway simulator that I have ever seen. I have thewallpapers of the DF11 on all of my computers to remind me that what Ithought was good enough isn't any more.随即便请求刘洋授权他带这款插件去参加在英国举行的，为期两周的火车游戏和模型的文化节。
作为《九州幻想》美术总监的刘洋，曾经为九州设计过许多3D模型，例如都城天启等，刊登在《九州幻想 三春晖》上。
